PROCESSING TIME
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates should be used as a guide only, as the courier can experience delays from time to time.
TRACKING
You should receive an order confirmation email when you checked out. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder if you can’t find it. If you haven’t received your order confirmation email send us a message (info@avec—amour.com). After the order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your Tracking ID.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and taxes are not included on all international orders. Therefore all customers outside of Europe may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements as well as additional fees from the courier. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We can not be liable for any customs, import duties or any other additional fees you may be charged. If the parcel is refused, a small fee will be incurred.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Shipping to the following locations is currently unavailable due to postal restrictions – Afghanistan, Algeria, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Iran, Islamic Republic Of, North Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of, Pakistan, Russia and Syria.
RESPONSIBILITY
Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by the postal courier, we cannot be responsible for the delivery. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete & accurate. AVEC AMOUR also cannot take any responsibility for the following issues; incorrect entry of address details, shipment delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by the courier. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact the courier service directly.
We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you release signature upon delivery or have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us and transfer responsibility in the same way.
SERVICE DELAYS
AVEC AMOUR is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays.
RETURNS
All Heart Locket sales are final and are not eligible for return, refund nor exchange.
In the case of a garment customers are responsible for the cost of return shipments. Please note, the return must be unworn in perfect condition with original tags attached and shipped inside original packaging. Please ensure returns are registered with a tracking number. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet the standards above.
RETURN-TO-SENDER PARCELS
Any delivery returned to sender due to non-collection, refusal or an incorrect address entered, will have shipping fees deducted from the refund amount. AVEC AMOUR is not responsible for returned to sender items.
EXCHANGE
AVEC AMOUR does not offer direct exchanges. You may return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
RENTAL COMPANIES
AVEC AMOUR is only available directly through this website, we are in no way affiliated with any rental or third party websites that claim to sell or rent our products nor can we verify the authenticity of their products.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Kindly understand we are unable to process any changes to an order following checkout. Requests to amend sizing or delivery address following checkout will not be possible.

All transfers conducted through AVEC AMOUR are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

AVEC AMOUR reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event that a product is sold out, AVEC AMOUR has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid. AVEC AMOUR shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
